Project Overview
Minimass is a new range of 3D printed concrete structural elements. This revolutionary, patented approach to making prefabricated concrete reduces embodied carbon by up to 70% and material cost by up to 50%. It uses external post tensioning steel cables and 3D printed concrete to massively reduce the quantities of materials required to achieve the same performance specification as other beams, without costing the earth. These solutions are particularly suited to long spans, or where low self-weight and the ability to pass services through the sturcture is important.
